Delivery Area United Kingdom only — we do not currently ship internationally
Dispatch Time Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment being confirmed
Delivery Time Please allow 2–5 working days from dispatch for your order to arrive
Tracking You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your ToneCoat order. If something isn't right, here's how our returns process works.

Return Window 5 days from the date of delivery
Condition Items must be unopened and undamaged in their original packaging
Return Postage Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refund Method Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item
Processing Time Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return

Please note: We are unable to accept returns on opened, used, or damaged bags under any circumstances. This is due to the nature of the product — once a bag has been opened it cannot be resold. Please ensure you are happy with your colour selection before opening.

How to Return an Item

Ready to return? Start by letting us know — click here to contact us and we'll guide you through the process.

  • Contact us at info@tonecoat.com within 5 days of delivery to notify us of your return
  • Include your order number and reason for return in your message
  • We will confirm your return request and provide the return address
  • Package the item securely in its original packaging and send it back using a tracked service
  • Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 working days

We recommend using a tracked return service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please get in touch with us immediately and we will make it right.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@tonecoat.com
  • Include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
  • You will not be required to return damaged items in most cases
